Principal G. K. "Kip" Schubert has over two decades of experience in a wide range of fields including book publishing, start-up tech, and fitness, as well as in the nonprofit sector. Additionally, he has several years of experience as as an educator, both as an independent-school Latin teacher and as an English teacher in Shanghai, China. He is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and Brown University where he studied Classics. He has been a member of The Monthly Meeting of Friends of Philadelphia since 2004 and his consulting approach is guided by Quaker values.
